Description

Lead and support a team of paralegals managing a caseload of RTA, EL, and PL claims.

Oversee team performance and ensure files are managed efficiently, in line with client service protocols and firm procedures.
Provide technical supervision and guidance on complex cases, including the review of liability, quantum, and causation.
Monitor case progress and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
Ensure quality and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Support team development through training and by identifying individual learning needs.
Work with senior management to meet departmental targets and KPIs.
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and client-focused team culture.Profile

Previous experience as a Paralegal handling RTA, EL, and PL claims (essential)
Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others in a legal team environment.
Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and court procedures.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage own caseload alongside team responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate and communicate effectively at all levels.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
IT literate and confident using case management systems.
