Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist early years SEN provision in Redbridge who are looking for a nurturing Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils with Autism and developmental delay.

You will work alongside experienced SEN practitioners to create a positive, sensory-rich environment that supports communication and independence.

Requirements:

Experience working in an early years or SEN setting

Understanding of visual supports, PECS or Makaton (desirable)

Enthusiastic, caring and reliable attitude
