Pay Rate: £23.77 per hour (umbrella) or £18.26 per hour (PAYE)

CBRE Managed Services are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team at Pfizer UK in Tadworth. This is a temporary position to provide support during a busy period.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of reactive handyman tasks throughout the building and assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works. We are currently short-staffed and require a reliable and capable engineer to provide hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing general maintenance and handyman tasks

Supporting PPM schedules

Assisting the engineering team with day-to-day operations

Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

A qualification in either electrics, plumbing, or HVAC (only one discipline is required)

Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities engineering

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Desirable:

Experience in a commercial or facilities management setting
