The Role

* Full operational control of rearing and finishing operations

* Herd management: Optimize feeding, husbandry, and health programmes to maximize DLWG

* Team leadership: Lead and develop a dedicated team

* Compliance & records: Maintain industry standards and accurate farm management systems

* Grassland management: Oversee all forage and pasture operations

What You Need

* Proven experience managing large-scale beef or dairy operations

* Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and health management

* Leadership skills with ability to motivate teams

* Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities

* Experience with silage and forage management

* IT proficiency and strong communication skills
