At Play Away Day Nursery – Totton, we’re looking for a dedicated Room Leader to inspire and guide our 2.5–3 year olds in a nurturing, purpose-built environment filled with natural light and adventure.

? What You’ll Do

Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development

Lead by example and promote best practices

Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments

Use EyLog and EyMan systems to maintain accurate records

Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

? What You’ll Need

Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential

1+ year experience in Early Years – essential

Leadership experience – desirable

Strong knowledge of EYFS & Ofsted standards

Excellent communication skills
