We have great opportunities for Customer Service Assistants at Bristol Parkway Train Station. We're looking for friendly, confident individuals who enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service in a busy station environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome passengers and provide clear guidance and information.
Assist customers with luggage and general mobility needs.
Support passengers in navigating the station safely and efficiently.
Deliver a positive travel experience through proactive, helpful service.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment.Requirements

Positive, approachable, customer‑focused attitude.
Physically able to assist with luggage when required.
Confident in a busy environment and able to stay calm under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Safety‑conscious and aware of potential risks.Training & Support

Online training modules to be completed before starting.
All training is fully paid.Pay & Contract Details

Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
Shifts: 07:00-14:00 and 14:00-21:00.
Contract: ASAP until 18th March, working 3-5 days per week across a 7‑day rota.What We're Looking For
