Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for daily HR inquiries from the site

* Offer confidential support and guidance to both site managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations

* Act as a representative of the HR team in local site meetings

* Provide assistance to the senior HR Manager

* Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives

* Manage absence through liaison with Occupational Health as needed

* Oversee recruitment and selection processes

* Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations

Desired Experience:

* CIPD qualification or in progress would be advantageous...
