SEN Teaching Assistants - Daily Supply
Location: Kent, Gravesend
Pay: £90 to £130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing - Immediate availability essential

We're working with a number of specialist SEMH schools in Gravesend that regularly needs experienced, reliable SEN TAs for short-notice daily supply cover. These roles are ideal for staff with a background in SEN, SEMH or PRU settings who want flexible work but are also open to future long-term opportunities.

This is a great option if you're looking to stay in control of your schedule while still gaining valuable, consistent experience in a therapeutic setting. The school is well-structured, with a strong behaviour policy, a supportive leadership team, and clear pathways into permanent roles for the right people.

What We're Looking For:

SEN, SEMH or PRU experience (essential)
Confidence managing behaviour in small-group or 1:1 settings
Calm, proactive and dependable
Flexible with early-morning availability
