I’m currently working with a fast-expanding manufacturing business that is looking to add an experienced Spray Painter to their production team. If you take pride in your workmanship and notice the small details others might miss, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in the final stage of the manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring every product leaves the workshop finished to a high standard.

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing surfaces properly before painting – cleaning, sanding, masking and checking for defects
Applying coatings using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and correct thickness
Checking your own work and resolving any imperfections before products move forward
Maintaining spray booths and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Following technical specifications, production instructions and health & safety guidelines at all times
The Ideal Candidate

Have previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering setting
Are confident using a variety of spray techniques and materials
Can read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications
Take genuine pride in producing a high-quality finish
Work well as part of a team and can manage their workload in a busy production environment
