Location: Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick (CV34)
Salary: £33,000 basic shift allowance (OTE circa £38,000)
Shifts: Continental (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
Overtime: Available and paid

I’m currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Royal Leamington Spa who are looking to add an experienced Digital Printer to their production team. The Role:

Operating digital printing equipment in a fast-paced production setting
Setting up jobs, running print, monitoring quality and making adjustments as required
Carrying out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding
Working to production schedules and tight deadlines
Ensuring all work meets quality, health & safety and company standards
Handover communication between shiftsThe Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience operating digital printing presses (any background considered)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Comfortable working continental shifts (days & nights)
Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
Manufacturing or production print background preferredWhat’s on Offer:
