Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join our team, working within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing and breakdown repairs on domestic gas appliances in tenanted properties

*

Fault diagnosis and repairs with a first-time fix approach

*

Ensure all work complies with current safety and regulatory standards

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed

*

Deliver excellent customer service, particularly when working in occupied homes

What We’re Offering:

Starting salary: £38,000 per annum

OTE: Up to £45,000+ (uncapped, based on performance and workload)

*

Regular workload: 40+ jobs per week

Requirements:

*

Minimum 2 years’ experience in gas servicing and breakdown

*

ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, etc.) – up to date

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Experience in social housing or working in tenanted properties preferred

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills

*

Strong fault-finding and repair abilities
