Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care

Location: Cardiff
Salary: £37,500 + Bonus
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Permanent

A great opportunity for a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or existing Deputy Manager looking to step into a leadership role within a growing organisation.

The Role

Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor and develop the staff team.
Promote trauma?informed, outcome?focused care.
Work collaboratively with therapeutic professionals.
Ensure safe, consistent and high?quality practice across the home.

What We're Looking For

QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including shift leadership.
Full manual UK driving licence (6 points or fewer).
Confident communicator with natural leadership ability.
Passion for supporting young people and developing others.
Must be 21+ (regulatory requirement).
