The Associate's role
As an Associate, you will manage your own caseload of high-net-worth and complex property transactions. This includes handling matters from instruction to completion, while maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. The role will also include opportunities to get involved with the supervision of junior team members and contribute to wider business development activities.
This is a key role for someone looking to advance their career within a respected team. You'll benefit from clear development routes, training, and mentoring to support progression to Senior Associate level.
The Associate
Ideally, the right individual will have:
Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
Proven experience in high-value residential transactions and complex conveyancing work.
An interest in developing mentoring or leadership skills.
Confidence in networking and participating in marketing activities.
A client-focused mindset, with strong communication skills and a personable approach.
