We are seeking a Primary Teacher to join a GOOD Ofsted-rated Primary School in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Job Share Teacher in a well-established Year 5 class. This Primary Teacher role is part-time, working Mondays and Tuesdays, ideal for teachers looking to maintain work-life balance while making a positive impact.

Job Role:

Full class responsibilities including planning and marking

Teaching Year 5 as part of a Job Share (Mondays and Tuesdays)

Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Working closely with the parallel Class Teacher to ensure consistency

Promoting high standards of behaviour and learning

Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with school policy

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2); Key Stage 1 (KS1) experience also valued

Proven excellent behaviour management skills

Experience working as a Class Teacher or Primary Teacher

Sound understanding of the National Curriculum

Ability to work collaboratively within a Primary School setting
