Education Officer
We are currently recruiting for a Education Officer to start asap for 3 Months
The role is Hybrid- 2 days in and 3 days from home - Based in Aldgate East - £37,349

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The International Education Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing a range of initiatives designed to support the education, training and professional development of International Medical Graduates who wish to prepare for and sit the College’s Fellowship examinations
Department Administration & Support
Dealing with in-coming correspondence, including monitoring and where necessary, preparing own correspondence or assisting with the drafting of communications on behalf of the International Manager and Clinical Director of International Activities.
Organising travel, accommodation and ground transportation for College staff, Honorary Officers and members, volunteers or stakeholders as required.
Undertake basic financial administration, including processing orders, coding and aligning all expenditure, invoices and expense claims to project budgets or activities, ensuring that appropriate records and evidence is maintained. Committee Governance & Meetings Administration
Planning and organising committee meetings, including making all the physical and logistical arrangements.
Preparing agendas in conjunction with the Clinical Director of International Activities and the International Manager; dispatching meeting papers in a timely manner and arranging pre-meeting briefings for the chairperson, where appropriate.
Attending meetings to take minutes and producing draft minutes for approval by the committee/ meeting chairperson. Project development, coordination & implementation
The International Education Officer is responsible for developing and coordinating a range of projects and initiatives designed to address and support the education, training and professional development ABOUT YOU
Excellent organisational, administrative and project co-ordination skills with an ability to prioritise a busy work schedule to meet competing or demanding deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently and sensitively communicate information to a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders.
Excellent IT skills with the ability to use all Microsoft Office packages, web-based databases and maintaining and updating web pages
