Administrator - Governance

Our prestigious, leading healthcare solutions provider in the UK are looking to appoint a Governance Administrator to join their valued team of specialists and contribute to the quality of healthcare services. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the clinical governance framework for our clinical teams deployed in hospitals. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, management, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met. This role involves handling sensitive information, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate and record information to support investigations
* Support the Head of Governance following incidents, including gathering and recording statements and preparing reports
* Draft and manage correspondence, including formal letters and meeting documents
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Coordinate governance-related meetings and documentation
* Handle confidential data in accordance with policies and GDPR
Requirements
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Database Management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
* Ability to adhere to data protection and confidentiality protocols
* Previous experience in healthcare administration or clinical governance/compliance is advantageous.
