September startA lovely primary school in East Dulwich are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their school in September to support children with their learning.

The Role

The school are looking for a full-time class teaching assistant to join their team in September to provide general support to the class teacher, as well as some 1:1 assistance with children with SEND.  You will be based within the classroom providing learning support to pupils working at all levels. You will lead small groups in reading, literacy and maths as directed by the class teacher.  Your role will include supporting the teachers with administrative duties, preparing lessons and activities and covering break duties. 

The school are interested in applications from both experienced teaching assistants, graduates looking towards a career in education and those with experience working with children.  Ideally you will be from a Musical Theatre/Drama background, but more importantly, you must be fun!

This Class Teaching Assistant position is to start in September and will continue for the whole academic year.
