Requirements

Proven Fire & Security sector experience (essential)

Contract-management experience (desirable)

Strong communication, negotiation, organisational and analytical skills

Ability to work independently & as part of a team

Confident with contract-management systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage full contract lifecycle: from inception to renewal or close-out

*

Estimate contracts below internal threshold

*

Monitor compliance, performance and risk

*

Maintain accurate contract records and databases

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships

*

Support policy development, contract-related issues and dispute resolution
