Exciting Opportunity - Sales Assistant (Luxury Retail)

Location: Bicester Village

Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

Contract length: Ongoing until end of December

We're looking for passionate and driven Sales Assistants to join a prestigious luxury retailer in our Bicester Villages store. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where every day brings the chance to deliver exceptional service and represent an internationally recognised brand.

Shift Patterns

Monday - Saturday: 11:00 - 20:00
Sunday: 12:00 - 18:00

What We're Looking For

Availability: Immediate start with full flexibility (including weekends & shift work)
Compliance: Must provide 2 years of referencing to remain on site
Experience: At least 1 year in sales, ideally within luxury retail but not essential

Your Skills & Strengths

Strong clienteling and customer service expertise, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results
Confident working with POS & store systems
Adaptable, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-changing retail environment
A genuine passion for fashion and design, with the enthusiasm to share it with clients
A positive, accountable attitude and a team-player mindset
