Red Recruitment are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Manager to join their Redditch based client, to win new business and grow key accounts within the ecommerce, fulfilment and logistics sector.

You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and helping drive revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling

*

Grow and manage customer accounts

*

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

*

Build strong long-term client relationships

*

Identify opportunities to sell additional services

*

Manage customer contracts and service agreements

*

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

*

Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service

*

Meet regularly with customers to review performance and opportunities

Requirements

Strong background in ecommerce, fulfilment or logistics sales

*

Proven track record of winning new business

*

Ability to manage and develop customer accounts

*

Strong negotiation and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

*

Good organisational and reporting skills

*

Full driving licence
