39 hour contracted week (OT at 1.5x midweek, 2x after noon on Saturday & Sunday)

Neos Engineering are working with a large organisation who are looking for Heavy Plant Fitters to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Heavy Plant Fitter who wants to increase the variety of machinery they work on. The business specialises in Heavy Plant and Piling Rigs.

The ideal candidate for the role is someone from the Heavy Plant sector and have previously worked on brands such as JCB, CAT, Komatsu & Liebherr. You will have a minimum of NVQ 2 in Plant/Agricultural machinery or an extensive time served career.

The day to day role of a Heavy Plant Fitter within this organisation is to service, maintain & repair Heavy Plant equipment including Piling Rigs. The role is fully mobile and will be covering mainly the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The Role:

Service, Maintenance & Repair of Plant machinery
Working on Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers and Piling Rigs.
Covering the Midlands and Nationwide if required
Mechanical & Electrical repairs – diesel engines, hydraulic systems, diagnostics.
The Candidate:

Experience working on Construction Plant, Quarrying or Rail Machinery
Eager to receive training, overtime & progression
NVQ Level 2/3 on Construction or Agricultural Plant Maintenance or 5+ years experience
Full Driving License.
