Overview:
General labouring support for a retail shop refurbishment project. Assisting trades and maintaining a safe, clean site.

Key Duties:

Assisting tradespeople as required (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)

*

Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment

*

Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times

*

Removing waste and debris from site

*

Basic demolition and strip-out works (if required)

*

Following site instructions and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

*

Previous site or labouring experience preferred

*

Ability to carry out physical work

*

Good timekeeping and reliability

*

Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

*

CSCS card

*

Asbestos Awareness (Ideal)

Health & Safety:

*

Must comply with all site health & safety rules

*

Use of PPE at all times (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, etc.)
