We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to run a timber frame housing development in Hereford. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, ideal for a Site Manager who can hit the ground running on a fast-paced residential project.

Key Responsibilities

Full day-to-day management of a timber frame housing site

*

Oversee timber frame erection and all follow-on trades

*

Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily activities

*

Ensure H&S compliance in line with site and company standards

*

Maintain programme, quality, and productivity

*

Liaise with senior management and report on site progress

*

Drive the project through to successful completion

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on residential housing projects

*

Timber frame experience essential

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

*

Hands-on, proactive approach to site management

*

Reliable transport to Hereford
