Senior Quantity Surveyor – Drylining / Ceilings / Fitout
Location: East London (Flexible hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + £5,000 travel allowance + Bonus + Pension + More

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in drylining, suspended ceilings, or commercial fit-outs? This is your opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected contractor specialising in bespoke interior construction projects.

With a strong track record in delivering high-spec CAT B commercial interiors, partitioning systems, and drylining solutions, this contractor is known for its quality craftsmanship, innovative delivery, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key commercial packages across exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all quantity surveying functions from pre-construction to final account stages.
Monitor and manage project budgets, delivering accurate forecasts and monthly reports.
Lead subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
Act as the commercial point of contact for clients and consultants.
Maintain rigorous cost control and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks while supporting wider project delivery teams. What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the fitout, drylining, or suspended ceiling sectors.
Strong understanding of commercial interiors, partitioning, and CAT A/B fitout projects.
Proven commercial acumen with strong negotiation and reporting skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred).
Confident managing multiple projects independently. What’s On Offer:
