Oxfordshire based (with travel to event sites)

£27,000 to £32,000 per annum

About the Client

Our client is a leading specialist in Live Events, LED and AV display solutions across the events and installation sectors. They deliver exceptional visual experiences for exhibitions, conferences, and live events across the UK and internationally.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Events Assistant / Engineer to join their busy team.

The Role

As an Events Assistant / Engineer, you will play a key part in the setup, operation, and de-rig of AV and LED display systems for live events. This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone with a technical mindset and a passion for live production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of AV and LED systems at events.

Operate display and control systems during live shows.

Ensure all equipment is handled safely and maintained to a high standard.

Work closely with senior engineers and project leads on-site.

Support the de-rig and transport of equipment post-event.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in an AV, events, or technical support role is advantageous.

Basic understanding of LED displays, AV systems, or event technology.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible approach to working hours and travel (occasional weekends).

Full UK driving licence preferred.
