Groundworks Site Manager – Freelance
Location: Bream, Gloucestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Freelance / Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for an immediate start on a groundworks and civils project in the Bream, Gloucestershire area.

Role & Responsibilities:

*

Managing day-to-day site operations on groundworks and civils projects

*

Supervising subcontractors and direct labour

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

*

Maintaining site records, RAMS, and health & safety compliance

*

Coordinating with the client, engineers, and senior management

*

Ordering materials and managing site logistics

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and civils

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid (preferred)

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

*

Ability to manage programmes and multiple trades

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
