Tier 2 Main Contractor based in Surrey covering New Build projects in the Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial, Community, Civic Buildings, Care Homes and Historic Buildings Sectors are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a £5m New Build, Steel Frame Community Centre in Surrey.
The role will include Coordinating Subcontractors, RAMS, H&S, Progress Meetings, Client Liaison, Programme, Daily Diary, dealing with External Consultants, Etc and reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager.
