We are currently working with 3 specialist SEN schools in the Sefon area who are looking to recruit staff to support pupils from September for the full school year on a 121 basis.

We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with ASD or 121 experience
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
A team player who is also confident working independently.
A willingness to learn and undertake relevant CPD.
PEC's or Makaton experience an advantage
Experience with Secondary age pupils an advantage but not essentialWhat We Offer:
