We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Production Operative with a can-do attitude to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Operating fast-paced machinery safely and efficiently

* Carrying out basic maintenance and machine setup tasks

* Completing routine quality checks to maintain high product standards

* Using your strong eye for detail to spot and report any variations to Team Leaders/Supervisors

* Reacting quickly to issues on the line to reduce waste and downtime

* Working towards targets and performance goals

* Taking part in department productivity meetings and contributing improvement ideas

Job Requirements

* Past experience working with production machinery.

* A positive, can-do attitude

* A strong team worker who supports colleagues and communicates well

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn

Hours:

Monday – Friday 1pm – 10pm (1 hour break unpaid)
