Sue Ross Legal are working with a specialist legal services organisation for the recruitment of a Wills & Probate Paralegal based in Sheffield.

You will be joining an expanding business, so this position provides the successful candidate with fantastic scope to grow and progress within their role, working closely with the directors to have an active input to the business's further success. Progression into areas such as Business Development will be encouraged so we will ultimately be looking for a candidate who wishes to champion their firm and be an active part of its growth.

The role requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following;

* Case management of Will files

* Drafting of Wills

* Drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Liaising with Associates

* Conducting client Will/LPA meetings

* Administration of Probate

* Case management of probate files

* Dealing with technical queries over the telephone

* Dealing with third party providers where required

The experience requirements for this role are as follows;

* Two years’ experience in a Private Client capacity

* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

* Experienced in administrative duties

Desirable but not essential qualifications are as follows;

* Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) certificates

Our client is looking for applications from enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates who have previous work experience within Private Client and are confident in their own theory and practices within the area. The successful candidate will have experience in managing Wills and Probate cases, although additional training in these areas is available to the right candidate. Additional benefits such as industry recognised qualifications will also be available to the candidate following a successful probationary period.
