Our client is looking for a temporary HR Administrator - 3 months

Potential of going permanent

Client Details

A very interesting client in Edinburgh city centre

Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.

Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance/payroll department.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and reports.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.

Profile

Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required).
