Key Responsibilities:
* Lead root cause analysis and embed a culture of learning from serious incidents.
* Drive CQC compliance in collaboration with governance, management, and pathology teams.
* Deliver training and monitor performance to support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Laboratory Quality Manager or similar leadership role in pathology.
* IOSH or NEBOSH certification (essential).
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 15190, ISO 22367, and ISO 15189.
* HCPC registration is desirable but not mandatory.
