Installation Plumber – Berkshire (covering London/South-East)

£38000-£42000 + Benefits + Van + Phone

National based Building Services Consultancy are looking for an Installation Plumber to work on refit projects in the London / South-East area. Sites will include healthcare, retail, offices and mix-use.

Work will cover 1st and 2nd fix duties including

* Installation of pipework for hot and cold-water systems

* Fitting fixtures and appliances for commercial sites

* Pressure testing and leak detection of flow rates and water pressure.

* Working off building drawings and plumbing schematics.

Skill summary for the Installation Plumber post

* Proven experience working as an Installation Plumber

* Hold industry recognised qualifications (Level 2/Level 3 in Plumbing and G3 Unvented)

* Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to clients at all levels.

* Full driving license and ability to cover UK (London / South-East)

* DBS Checked
