Teaching Assistant

Position: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £1,700 - £2,100 per month

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting in Harlow, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking for flexible, rewarding work within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEN and additional needs

Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities

Provide 1:1 and small group support where required

Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Help maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment

Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement

The Ideal Candidate:

Have experience working with children (school experience preferred)

Are confident, reliable and adaptable

Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development

Have an interest in SEN and inclusive education
