An award-winning engineering firm is seeking a proactive Team Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to London Team. As Team Coordinator, you'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely with the Executive PA and maintaining oversight of wider office priorities.
The Role:
Provide admin support to engineers, including meeting coordination and diary management (Outlook)
Cover reception duties including calls, visitor management, and inbox monitoring.
Liaise with clients and staff via phone, email, and Teams
Assist with document preparation, including reports, proposals, and presentations to tight deadlines
Support Executive PA as needed
Manage travel bookings, invoices, POs, and expenses
Help with team inductions, CPD coordination, and marketing/events support
Maintain CVs for tender documents and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with printing, post, and ad hoc office tasks
First Aid/Fire Marshall responsibilities (training provided)Requirements:
Previous experience in a Team admin/coordination role-desirable not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
A proactive team player with a flexible, reliable approach
Discreet, with high integrity and professionalism
Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Able to manage expectations and work calmly under pressure
Detail-oriented, approachable, and quick to earn respect.
