£22,223 per annum based on a 35-hour week at £12.21 per hour

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join a large residential development in the Bermondsey area. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across internal communal areas, including entrance halls, stairways, and reception spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping etc). The Cleaner will also be responsible for outdoor duties such as sweeping estate courtyards, pathways, and the car park, pulling and rotating 11 bins, cleaning the bin room, litter picking around the estate including using a long-handled net to remove debris from the pond, and working according to a daily schedule. Candidates must have previous cleaning experience, a good command of English, and knowledge of best practices for maintaining special surfaces to a high standard. Start ASAP
