HLTA Vacancy – Primary School, Fareham
Part-Time: 8:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
Starting September 2025

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school team in Fareham.

About the Role:

Hours: 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday

Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences

Work with small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve their potential

Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources

Contribute positively to the school community

What We’re Looking For:

HLTA qualified or equivalent experience

Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic team player

Experience in primary education preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
