As a Customer Liaison Advisor, your duties will be:

Managing relationships with clients and supervisors to identify issues and putting in effective plans in place to resolve
Managing councillor queries, press queries, compensation queries
Ensuring accurate notes are recorded
Assisting and co-operating with the client and customer service team in the investigation of complaints
Providing performance reports for customer service manager and clients monthly
Collecting negative feedback data recieved
Helping in organaising community events
As the successful Customer Liaison Advisor, you will have the following:

Complaints handler/ Customer relations/ Customer service/ Customer Liaison/ Resident Liaison experience
Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
Great customer service experience
Have clean UK Drivers License
Previous property maintenance or construction experience would be beneficial
