A calm, resilient and adaptable approach to working with learners who may be disengaged from mainstream education
Passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in High WycombeThe Role:
Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position with the opportunity to go permanent
Competitive daily rate of £100-£115
Supporting learners in small groups and on a 1:1 basis within the Pupil Referral Unit
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons across the curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills
