Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional looking for a rewarding role? Do you enjoy working with young individuals across creative activities? If so, we are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-School Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery, caring for children aged 0-5. This Pre school is located in Bispham, Blackpool with parking and a public bus available for commute options.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a lively environment and is committed to providing outstanding care and education. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5.
Understanding and effectively implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Planning and facilitating engaging continuous provision activities that support children development.
Utilising both indoor and outdoor learning spaces to enhance children experiences.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Supporting with meal times.
General tidying such as cleaning away meals, activities and general pupil hygiene: wiping noses etc.
Working with the existing team collaboratively.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 3 CACHE Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or pre-school setting.
A strong understanding of child development and best practices in Early Years education.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours & Benefits:

This is a full-time, all-year-round position, meaning we are open throughout school holidays. We offer two working patterns to choose from:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PMPay will fall between £13.88- £14.50 per hour.
