Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join an exciting and growing company based in Leicester, specialising in bespoke commercial joinery. This is a senior-level role suited to someone with strong estimating experience within the joinery trade, working on high-value, bespoke projects for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for high-value commercial joinery projects.

Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed cost breakdowns.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and scope.

Source and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure best value and quality.

Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth handover from estimate to delivery.

Review project costs and support value engineering where required.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial joinery sector.

Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation.

Experience working on high-value bespoke projects.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
