The role will have you working around the Surrey area, predominately the KT / SM postcode areas across numerous sites.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, duties will include but may not be limited to:

Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, delivering optimum performance and efficiency at all times.
Carry out a wide range of general handyman and maintenance tasks with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Undertake grounds maintenance duties.
Complete basic electrical and plumbing works in line with current standards and best practice.
Identify, report, and escalate any maintenance issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
Accurately complete job sheets using the client's in-house system, ensuring all records are up to date.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively under pressure.
Uphold a high standard of personal presentation, maintaining a confident, professional, and approachable manner at all times.
