Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation within the Bodyshop industry with their search for a Bodyshop Manager to join their fantastic team within thier site in Walton On thames

THE ROLE:

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

* Greet the workshop team and delegate

* Email daily on-site list ready for Group Bodyshop Production Manager

* Give the CSA list of cars due out of the Bodyshop for the day

* Give estimated completion dates to CSA

* Check parts ordered for the jobs are correct and undamaged

* Maintain efficient communications within the business, to maintain morale

* Ensures safety equipment is being adequately used to ensure 100% compliance

THE CANDIDATE

* Experience in leading, managing and developing teams.

* Experience within the Bodyshop sector is essential

* Excellent communication skills at all levels.

* Good Organisational Skills.

* An approachable personality

* Ability to focus efforts and prioritise work

* Attention to detail

* Client facing experience being able to manage client expectation

* Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
