A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our well established independent client based in Chelmsford CM2

Experience is not a necessity since full training will be provided, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

* Coordinating and carrying out property viewings

* Learning how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers

* Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly

* Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties

* Learning how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion

* Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

* Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets

* Canvassing activities to generate new business

Requirements

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

* Display high standards of service and presentation

* Proficient administrative skills, including experience with office software

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients

* A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within the sales field

* Ability to work as part of a team

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5-day week)

Salary: OTE £25.000-£30.000pa basic salary to be discussed.

Must have Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle – some expenses covered
