Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Flexible workingDuties for the role of Architect:

Help deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitRequirements for the role of Architect:

ARB registered
Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Healthcare project experience would be advantageous
Strong drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
