Smile Education is here to support the next generation of educators by offering exciting opportunities to work as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher in middle and high schools across Redditch.

What’s Involved: As a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher, you’ll step into the classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of their usual teacher. This is a fantastic way to develop classroom management skills, build confidence, and see if teaching is the right path for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
Maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students stay on task and follow school expectations
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and engagementWhat We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate or final-year university student
A strong interest in education and working with young people
Confidence, adaptability, and good communication skills
Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)What You’ll Get:
