Our client is a Car Dealership, and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team based in Crawley.

For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £30,000 basic and an OTE of £38,000.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday ONLY!

Managing service bookings and appointments efficiently
Liaising with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates
Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks
Handling administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer serviceRequirements:

Proven experience in administrative or customer service advising positions, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keyloop (Kerridge)
