Design Manager - Facades Division
Location: Hybrid (Leeds-based)
Reports to: Project Manager & Senior Project Manager

Are you a talented Design Manager with a passion for façades and design innovation? Join our dynamic team and take the lead on exciting projects, from concept through to client submission and site handover.

What you'll do:

Manage and coordinate multiple façade design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Support site teams with design solutions and tackle unforeseen challenges

Lead and inspire the design team, driving collaboration and creativity

Oversee design revisions, approvals, and compliance documentation

Work closely with project stakeholders and site management to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:

5+ years in Design Management within façade disciplines

Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit

Strong understanding of design principles and installation processes

CSCS Card & relevant health and safety qualifications (Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness)

Excellent communicator and team leader
