Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our client, a provider of temporary catering equipment and furniture to businesses.
This role will be completing sales and administrative tasks associated with the hire of the commercial catering equipment.
A sales or administrative background is desirable. The salary for this position is from £23,500 per annum and is located in Old Market, Bristol.

Profit ShareKey Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Managing the sales inbox and allocating emails to appropriate people within the sales team and wider business
Answering inbound calls and ensuring these are dealt with in an efficient way
Providing quotes to potential clients received via email or via inbound calls and chasing these quotes to convert to orders
Processing clients orders accurately and in a timely manner
You may be required to flex your shift pattern during June and July. This may mean starting early ie 8am and finishing later ie 5.30pmKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Administrator:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and experience of using a stock order system
Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable
Strong customer service skills and ability to take initiative
Be self-motivated with a results driven approach
