Job Title: SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Competitive (£150-£180 PAYE), based on experience and responsibilities

What Academics are Looking For:

Experience working in a SEN setting (SEMH, ASD, SLD, or PMLD desirable)

Previous experience in a SENCO or similar coordination role

Strong understanding of EHCPs - from development to delivery and review

Confident working closely with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams

Passionate about pupil progress, and skilled in meeting with parents to discuss development and next steps

In this role, you'll be central to developing and reviewing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), supporting staff with provision delivery, and meeting regularly with parents and carers to ensure every child's needs are being met - academically, socially, and emotionally.
